Going Off the Grid (At Least During Dinner)

When's the last time you had a meal with family or friends that didn't involve at least one person checking their phone? Sabbath Manifesto is a creative project designed to slow down lives in an increasingly hectic world. The aim is to take one day a week to unplug, recharge and reconnect with loved ones. And if a whole day seems too long, it's fine to just try an hour or two. There's even a National Day of Unplugging every March. Take some time to check it out.
